These terms and conditions outline the terms and conditions for attending any webinar hosted by Kelkar Law Firm PLLC. Please also see the the rules and regulations for the use of Kelkar Law Firm PLLC's Website.

You acknowledge that all slides, videos, and materials belong to Kelkar Law Firm PLLC. Users get a limited, non-transferable license to view the content for personal or internal use only.

The webinar will be recorded. The recording will capture audio, video, and slides.Only the host is authorized to record the session. No attendee, guest, or third party may record, screen-capture, transcribe, screenshot, or otherwise reproduce any portion of the session- whether by audio, video, still image, AI note-taker, or any other means. This prohibition applies to you, anyone attending with you, and any third-party service or AI assistant acting on your behalf (Otter, Fireflies, Read, Gemini, Copilot, Zoom AI Companion, and similar tools). If you use a bot or assistant that joins meetings automatically, please disable it before this session and do not upload any portion of the recording - mine or otherwise - to any AI system afterward.

Recent AI-notetaker litigation confirms that recordings made without every participant's advance, informed consent can violate federal and state wiretap statutes.

By joining the webinar, you confirm that-

a. You consent to my recording as described above, and

b. You and any device or service acting on your behalf will not record the session.

This policy ensures a single, disclosed, host-controlled recording- and prohibits any unauthorized ones.

The webinar is for informational purposes only. No attorney-client relationship is established and you must consult with your own counsel for your specific legal matter.

We reserve the right to remove any disruptive participants from the session.
